Mafany Victor Ngando Esq.

Mafany Victor Ngando is a Partner & Founder of Kinsmen Advocates and a Notary Public of Cameroon.

His professional and volunteer work has developed firm team-building skills and the ability to blend imagination and energy to devise innovative solutions.

Mafany holds an outstanding law degree from the University of Buea, Cameroon (LL.B), a Diploma in Diplomacy Peace and Conflict Management from Clemad Institute of Nigeria (DPCM), a certified Associate Arbitrator from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (ACI- Arb), Master’s degree in International Maritime Law from Nasarawa state University Nigeria (LL.M), an International Election Observer and Monitor at the African Centre For Leadership, Strategy and Development Centre and also attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.

In 2015, the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development posted him to observe the presidential elections in Nigeria, and he received an Award.

He heads the Firm's Corporate Commercial Department and has, over time, built an excellent reputation in these areas of practice. Through hard work and dedication, he has earned himself an international reputation that stands out in the industry.

Before becoming a partner in the firm, he worked in top law firms internationally where he gained much experience in foreign investments.

He is a Member of the Cameroon Bar Association, The Nigerian Bar Association, Associate Chattered Arbitrators UK (ACI-Arb), Member of African Bar Association, Member of the Corporate Affairs Commission Abuja, Member of World Consumer Forum and a member of the Association of European Attorneys.
