Meet Our Founder

Mafany Victor Ngando is a distinguished Cameroonian legal expert, recognized as Managing Partner and Founder of Kinsmen Advocates, a leading law firm in Buea, Cameroon. He is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Cameroon and Nigeria and is celebrated for his extensive legal acumen and dedication to upholding human rights, democracy, and good governance.

Mafany holds an impressive array of academic and professional qualifications. He earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Buea, a Diploma in Diplomacy, Peace, and Conflict Management from Clemad Institute of Nigeria, and an LL.M in International Maritime Law from Nasarawa State University, Nigeria. He is also a certified Associate Arbitrator under the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and has undergone legal training at the Nigerian Law School in Abuja. Beyond academia, he is an International Election Observer and Monitor with the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy, and Development​
